Carol A. Bishop age 80, of Lima passed away 10:07 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home.

She was born July 15, 1940 in Allen County to the late Herbert A. and Hazel P. Mann McVicker, Sr.

She married Charles W. Bishop Feb. 28, 1964 and he preceded her in death March 3, 2004.

Carol had attended the Salvation Army Church in Lima.

She loved to play BINGO, crochet and spend time with her family.

Survivors include daughters: Dawn E. Hicks of Lima, Sonia R. Bishop of Lima, Jackie S. Bishop of Lima, 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and a great great grandson; a brother Herbert A. (Nancy) McVicker, Jr. of Lima and sisters: Shirley P. McVicker of Lima, Dana L. Roose of Butteville, MO and Judith E. Hanthorn of Lima.

She was preceded in death by sisters: Dona L. Fisher and Marta McVicker.

A memorial graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, Oct. 9, 2020 at Shawnee Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday Oct. 10 at the Salvation Army Worship Center on 614 East Market St. Lima.
