Newell community, Miss Mary
Swenson, 86, died at the Buena
Vista County hospital Friday
evening, May 19. Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday
at the Baak funeral home with
Rev. Richard Person, pastor
the First Baptist church in
Storm Lake officiating.
Interment was in the Newell
cemetery.
Miss Swenson had resided in
the Newell area since about 11
years of age when she came to
this country with her parents
from Denmark.
She has no known survivors.
