George A. Jacobs funeral services were held 15 February 1945 in St. Paul's church, Washington, D. C.; interment was in the George Washington Memorial cemetery. Survivors included three sister, Miss Sylvia Jacobs, Rutland, Mrs. Louis Barlow, Wauregan, Conn., and Mrs. Robert Norton, L'Assumption, Can.; and three brothers, L. Charles Jacobs and Russel E. Jacobs, both of Hartford, Conn., and Gabriel G. Jacobs, Walden, N. Y.
