DEATH OF AN INEBRIATE.-On the 5th instant,
a magisterial inquiry was held at the Wodonga Court
house, by Captain Brownrigg, touching the death of Peter
Frauenfelder. From the evidence given before the Court,
it appeared that the deceased was seen on Saturday previous
intoxicated, riding from Greenhills to Barnawatha. He
was seen in a state of inebriety by several persons, and
eventually found drowned in a creek. Frauenfelder was a
man of very intemperate habits.
