Mike went to be with the Jesus on September 23, 2020. He had a big personality with a kind heart. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. He was a loving husband to his wife Cristy Brown Sewell of Powell. Formally of Loudon, TN and stepdad to Autumn Lawson and Lilyanna Whaley. He loved sports, especially baseball. He was an avid hunter and great fisherman. He loved his nieces and nephews like they were his own children. Brady Sewell, David Rader, Tinslee Cook, Maddox Sewell, Millie and Avery Stevens will always be Big Birds buddy. His mom and stepdad Frieda and Eddie Kile of Sweetwater, TN, believe that “favorite” is now at peace with his dad, David Sewell of Sweetwater, TN, in Heaven. His three sisters, Angie and Jeff Rader of Piney Flats, TN, Melanie and Alex Robinette, and Missy Sewell all of Sweetwater, TN, will all have many memories of their “favorite” brother that they will keep and cherish forever. He had many aunts, uncles, and cousins that he really cared about as well as many friends. He was a proud graduate of SHS, class of 1988 and thought a lot of his classmates.
