Neil was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Haley and Amanda Pitts both of Geary, OK, five grandchildren: Hayley Robinson, Sydney Warm, Jacob Warm, Kadance Pitts and Paxton Pitts; sister: Verlynn Roberts Brink of Saratoga Spring, Utah; brothers: Randy Roberts and wife Ramona of Salt Lake City, Utah, Bradley Roberts and his wife Peggy of Westminster, Maryland, and sister-in-law, Alice Roberts of Phoenix, Arizona.
Neil was preceded in death by his parents Elmer Roberts & Verla Richman Schofield Roberts, his brother Bart Roberts and son-in-law, Larry Warm.
