Wake service will be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday Sept. 27 at the Huber Benson Funeral Chapel in El Reno, Okla. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday Sept. 28 at the same venue, followed by an interment at the Concho Indian Cemetery.

The family is requesting all who attend to please wear a face mask and to practice social distancing. Face masks will be handed out to those who do not have their own.

Funeral services for David Keith Adachi were held Monday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gerald Panana officiating. Burial followed in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

David died Sept. 23, 2020, at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kan. He was born Jan. 16, 1992, in El Reno. Raised in El Reno, he moved to Wichita in 2006.

He was a carpenter and brick mason, graduating from the Job Corps, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
