Melissa Ann Moore, 66, of Chattanooga, died Monday, September 21. She was born in West Palm Beach FL on November 10, 1953. Melissa became a Chattanooga resident in 1967. With support from the Orange Grove Center, she had a variety of fulfilling employment opportunities at the Brass Register, The Marriott, UTC, Krystal, Dairy Queen, and the John Germ Recycling Center. Melissa’s happy and socially engaging personality made her so easy to love. And she loved everyone around her without prejudice or judgment. She was such an inspiration. She was preceded in death by her parents Emmett and Arlynn Moore. She is survived by her brothers Andy Moore of Chattanooga and Jeff Moore of Canton GA and nephew Matthew Moore. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm on Sunday September 27 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Burkett to officiate.
