Norma was a loving and caring mother,who always had time to love others as well!

Norma was elected to the Highland Park City Council in 2003 ,served as Council President Pro-tem in 2007,2001,President of the Council in 2009.
Norma went on to be ,the longest sitting,elected Councilwoman in the history of the City of Highland Park History.
Norma accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was a faithful servant of Christ in her Church,she served the civil rights movement and other countless organizations ,helping to improve the lives of many.
