Robert Lee Peck, 82 of Bella Vista, AR passed away September 17, 2020 in Bentonville.

On January 6, 1938, Mary and Earl Peck gave birth to their second child, Robert Lee. The main event took place at their home in Wauwatosa, WI. In 1940, in Winchester, IL, on the same day, Wanda Kay was born to Leo and Louise Robinson. These two would meet 19 years later in Kansas City, MO at the National School of Aeronautics deciding on December 5, 1959, to celebrate their birthdays and love of travel that day forward.

For the many places they lived, including Wisconsin and St. Louis, MO, Albuquerque, NM was a favorite giving the opportunity to be close to his brother Richard and wife Donna Peck, sister Judie Olsen, and mother Mary with many visits from brother Larry and wife Mickie. He loved the University of New Mexico Lobos and Hot Air Balloon Festivals.

Northwest Arkansas became their next home to be near daughter Kathy and grandsons Jesse, wife Elizabeth Thill, and Jared, wife Jordan Thill. He loved watching his grandsons and his great grandson's, Chance Gabriel and Cooper Robert grow especially reading books with them.

Over the past 8 years Robert fought cancer with courage. He spent time during this fight painting with inspiration from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a favorite place, and reading all of his brother, Richard's, books. The most recent was The Final Solution (Richard Peck) and Ghost Soldiers.

A family committal service will be held at a later date in the Winchester City Cemetery in Winchester, IL

Memorials can be made to the Winchester United Methodist Church.
