Ronnie Gayle Wright, 67, of Galax, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, at Woltz Hospice Home Dobson, N.C.
He was born March 2, 1949, in Grayson County to the late Bruce and Gladys Hawks Wright.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Jones Wright of Galax; daughter, Michelle Miles and husband, Larry of Crozet; three grandchildren; four brothers, Dale Wright and wife, Peggy of Rural Retreat, Jack Wright and wife, Barbara of Galax, Bill Wright and wife, Barbara of Fries and Hascal Wright and wife, Ann of Galax; five sisters, Maxine Robertson and Peggy Truitt, both of Elon, N.C., Betty Holders of Mount Airy, N.C., Nancy Johnson of Galax and Sue Lineberry and husband, Jack of Galax.
A Celebration of Life service was held Feb. 4, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church (Old Town) Galax.
