Richard Donald Rogers was born 11 October 1932, to mother: Beatrice Elizabeth Maines & father: Richard Rogers.
When Richard was young, he studied art in school, and later became a model maker at US Naval Research Lab in Washington (DC). He was also a veteran, having served in the Korean War.
Richard met his wife, Jean Doris Adams, in the District—they married in 1958. Jean passed in 2013, and in Richard's passing, he is now reunited with her.
