Joyce Ann Webb passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 in Friendswood, Texas at the age of 65 due to cancer.

She was born on July 22, 1955 in Lima, Ohio to Alfred “Pete” Webb and Miyuki Sadaishi Webb.

She was vibrant with an infectious laugh and bright smiles, and could make friends anywhere she went. She loved to travel, go on adventures, and cook delicious food for friends and family. She loved her Ohio Buckeyes, baseball, and fishing. There was nothing more she loved in life than being a Nana to her beloved grand babies, Miles and Bea. She was so proud to be a Nana, and had such a special relationship with her grand babies; always laughing and getting into trouble together having fun and playing. During her professional career, she was an accomplished lawyer and administrative judge. In the past few years she enjoyed volunteering for Friends of Devereux as coordinator of All Star Friday; arranging decorations, activities and treats for the children.

Preceded in death by her mother, Miyuki Webb, and her husband, Richard Eckhart.

Survived by her daughter, Jessica Rainwater Rogers, and son-in-law Keith Rogers. Her grandchildren Miles James Rogers, 4, and Beatrice Billie Rogers, 2 1/2. Father, Alfred “Pete“ Webb, and his wife Karen. Sister, Sharon Yunus and her husband Tom. Brother, Michael Webb and his wife Mary Jo. Brother, Patrick Webb.

Flowers and condolences may be sent to the family, or donations can be made in her memory to the organizations Cuddles for Clefts or Defenders of Wildlife, causes she supported for her grand babies.
