She was born on February 28, 1987 in Portsmouth, VA, to Verlene Chandler and Russel Allen. Tiffany attended Portsmouth Catholic Regional School and Centura College.
After college, she joined the US navy as a Master at Arms Specialist.
Tiffany was loved by many, had a heart of gold and a smile that would brighten up any room! Tiffany’s soul was pure and she loved hard if she loved you. Her love for you was never questioned! She believed strongly in having anyone she loved back with no questions asked, she was there and always ready.
Survived by her loving mother whom she absolutely adored Verlene Chandler (aka Luke); brothers, Jermaine Chandler Sr, Robert Chandler, Tyrone Allen and Tremaine (Tenieccia) Franklin; sister Dana Allen; uncle, Morris Chandler Sr; special friends; Shauniece Taylor, Robert Kelly, Tanisha Trotter and Robert Beam; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
