Lori Andrick Smith, 62, of Mt. Zion, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Lori was born February 16, 1958, in Decatur, to James Howard and Beulah (Rambo) Andrick. She married Frederick Keyran Smith, Jr. on August 8, 1978, in Decatur. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Lori loved spending time with her grandbabies, reading and playing Mahjong tiles.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Fred; three children, Jessica (Eric) Pfeiffer, Jacob (Jennifer) Smith and James (Megan Ratts) Smith; five grandchildren, Keyran, Wren, Simon, Alice and Lucille; her sister, Lesa Andrick; and three brothers, Matthew (Diane) Andrick, Scott (Carla) Andrick and Samuel (Ruby) Andrick.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Janelle Annette Smith.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Lori Smith will be 1 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
