The family of Linda Lou Terry of North Vernon is saddened to announce her passing in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 21, 2020 at the age of 74 years. Linda was born in Seymour on July 18, 1946 to parents Herschel "Mike" Boling and Dorothy Niewedde Boling. On April 9, 1967, she married the love of her life, Paul David Terry, Sr.
Linda was a member of the New Beginnings Church of God in Seymour. She worked as a housekeeper and then at Swain Industries. She was also known as a remarkable homemaker. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of her life. She especially enjoyed shopping for all the kids.
Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years, Paul; her children, Teresa Bailey, Pauletta (Billy) Northam, Felicia (Chris) Mullins, Deanna (William) Giles, David (Brandy) Terry, Jr., Tyonna (Kevin) Albertson, and Jeremy (Heather) Terry; 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; brothers, Gale (Linda) Boling, Mike Boling, and Larry Boling; and her sister, Mary Foster.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Clarence Boling, Jim Boling, Robert Boling and Rosie Able.
Funeral services will be held for Linda at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may pay their respects at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday, September 23 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Thursday from 12:00 pm until the time of service.
