He was born May 3, 1955, in Madison to the late Benjamin and Virginia (Dalton) Burns.
Frank loved fishing, hunting and visiting with family and friends.
He graduated from Madison East High School.
worked for Oscar Mayer until his retirement.
He was a kind and generous man and will be deeply missed.
Survivors include one brother, Robert Burns of Madison; two sisters: Debbie Baumeister of Eastman and Cathy Burns of Madison; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Benjamin R. Burns and Ted Burns; one sister Margaret Burns.
A private burial will be held at Haney Cemetery.
