Mrs. Bizzell Dies at Pecos

Funeral for Mrs. Jimmie Olivia Bizzell, 73, is being held this Thursday afternoon at 2:00 in the Assembly of God Church with the pastor, Rev. Jay Beebe, officiating.

Burial will be in the Albany Cemetery under direction of Godfrey Funeral Home

Mrs. Bizzell died at 12:10 a.m. at Pecos following a short illness. She had been declining health suffering a stroke two years ago.

Mrs. Bizzell went to Pecos Sunday to visit her daughter Mrs. Edwin Newcomb, and family. She was taken to Pecos by her son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. York Bizzell of Gallatin, Tenn. who were visiting here.

Mrs. Bizzell was born march 18, 1886, in Indian Territory, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Madison York. She came to Albany, Texas, with her family when young, where she was reared.

She came to Albany in 1914, and made this her home since.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
