Obituary of Mr. James Edward Mixon
James Edward Mixon of Justin, TX passed away at home on September 17, 2020. He was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Blue Mound, TX. As a retired long distance truck driver, he will be lovingly remembered as a father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was born on January 4, 1934 born Marvell, AR to Eliggie Evings Mixon and Roxie Anna Clements.

James is survived by daughters Barbara Jett of Justin, TX, Janet Cunningham of Denton, TX, Gail Moore of Camden, AR; son in laws Bernard Cunningham, Steve Moore, Tom Brocato; 11 grandchildren,10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, his wife, Marlyn and daughter Margaret Brocato.

The visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm with a service at 3:00 pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
