Jimmy Ray McDonald (Pop Pop) 76, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2020. Jimmy was born on January 29, 1944 to Cecil and Maggie Thomas McDonald in Hubbard, TX. He was married to his loving wife of 55 years, Judy McDonald. They had two children. Jimmy was a 1962 graduate from Grand Prairie High School. After graduation he worked for General Motors in Arlington for 31 years, retiring in 1993. He loved retirement, playing dominoes and camping with his beloved friends in the D/FW Sams Chapter. He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Maggie McDonald, sister, Bobbie Green and brother, V.T. McDonald.
