Judy was born December 6, 1943 in Sacramento, CA and moved to Des Moines after marrying Don Rowe. She worked 25 years in the production area at Deluxe Printing and then owned and operated the Little Deuce Coup Bar in Ankeny. She enjoyed bowling, flowers, and especially her family. Judy will forever be remembered for her strength.
Judy is survived by her children, Don Rowe, George (Dena) Rowe, Joseph (Mari Beth) Rowe, and Tina (Mons) Hellyer; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and many other family and beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Don Rowe; parents; and two brothers.
