She is survived by once husband George F. Carter, 2 daughters, Jackie and Amanda Carter; a son, George Carter, III all of Statesboro; a sister, Tyra Lynn of Bloomingdale; a brother, Daylon Hancock (Donna) of Savannah; several nieces, a nephew, other family and friends.
