1910 census and his September 12, 1918, WWI draft registration list him as a jeweler.
1920 census has him back as a druggist.
1930 census shows him as a watch maker.

Parents: Colonel Francis Voltaire RANDALL and Fannie G. COLBY.

Luther was married at least two times.
His first wife was Ina Chapman with whom he had four children (Sarah Roeine, Frank Ladurna, Florence Gertrude, and Fanny Marie [1906-1906]). They divorced prior to 1920.
He married Clara Marie Detlie on September 22, 1952, in Silver Bow County, Montana, only to die ten months later.
