Robert married the love of his life, Rebbecca Maxwell, on May 9, 1992 on a beautiful, sunny day in Davenport, Florida and built their blended family of six children: Calvin (Annisha) Maxwell, Jennifer (Tony) Whitt, Tina Conant, Charles (Jessica) Holland, Samantha Corzine, and Nicholas (Elizabeth) Maxwell. Their journey brought them home to West Virginia and then to Ohio. Rob was a hard worker who put his family first. He never ceased to give what he had to someone in need - whether it was the shirt off his back or a tool from his truck. Even until the very end, he loved serving their race family out at the local race track - Route 62 MX.
He loved Becky fiercely; we find comfort knowing they are reunited again after just a few weeks apart. He also joins his parents, Albert and Lilian, and siblings Clarence, Hilah, Carl, Stanley, Willard, Albert K, Iris, Dolores, and Barbara in heaven. He is survived by his sister, Mary, his brother, Jack, along with Darlene (mother of Calvin, Jennifer, and Tina) and his 6 children.
His 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren will miss him dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd at 10am at Workman Cemetery on Millersburg Road in Danville, Ohio.
