Betty was Born an only child (with loving cousins) in Glasgow Scotland. At the young age of 21 she traveled across the pond to New York. She traveled the world and worked as an executive secretary until she married her Love, and started her greatest journey of being an amazing mother then grandmother and great grandmother. She dedicated her all her time being active in her children & grandchildren's lives.

Dedicating years teaching religious instruction at St Ephrem church, and many years as a Girl Scout leader & Boy Scout leader. She worked tirelessly to provide for her family. Always an example of strength, kindness and compassion and Love.

Indulging her children their love of animals & people. She always opened her home and her heart to friends and all of her adopted children and grandchildren. There was never a time that there wasn't a group of us hanging out at the Murray house. Betty was a mother & grandmother to many. She was the strongest woman we know, With the kindest heart.

We will greatly miss our Wee Lady
