John Noyes 93, of Manchester died Friday January 11, 2008 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home.
He was born in Manchester on December 14, 1914 and was the son of Albert and Mary (Grady) Noyes.
He was a graduate of West High school class of 1933.
Prior to his retirement he was employed with Holmes Transportation 1933 to 1983.
He was a member of St. Raphael Church. He held membership with the Teamsters Union Local 633.
Members of his family include his wife of 67 years married Virginia (Cooper) Noyes of Manchester. One brother Richard Noyes of Manchester and one sister Elizabeth Torrey of Florida.
In His Life: He also had one daughter Virginia and her husband Murray Holbrook of Manchester. One grand daughter Marcia Wawro, two great grandsons Christopher Wawro and Nathan Wawro all of Auburn, NY. Predeceased brothers Albert Noyes, Henry Noyes and sisters Mary Moody, Margaret Stearns, Ethel Roy, Lillian O’Neil.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the Cain & Janosz Funeral Home 74 Brook St. corner Pine St. Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery.
