Shannon High School Biology inclusion teacher.
Summer’s earthly journey began with her parents, Charles and Beverly
(Pansey) Bradley on March 19, 1986. She professed her faith and hope in Jesus
Christ. She was a member of New Providence Missionary Baptist church, also a
graduate of Tupelo High School and Jackson State University. Summer received
her Master’s in Special Education from Jackson State University. She was currently
pursuing her Specialist degree from Jackson State University.
She was member of the Eastern Star and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. Summer was a
teacher at Shannon High School.
Summer’s eternal journey began Saturday, September 12, 2020, when the angel of
death visited her at North Mississippi Medical Center. A new life has begun for her.
She is now resting with the Lord. One day we will meet again on the other shore.
No more crying, no more weeping, forever we will be with the Lord.
Summer leaves to mourn her loving and devoted children, Elijah and Brooklyn
Bradley of the home. Her parents, Charles and Beverly (Pansey) Bradley of Tupelo,
MS, her sister, Ivory Standifer (Lamar) of Tupelo, MS, her nephew/god son, Tatum
Standifer of Tupelo, MS. Grandparents, Ruby Bradley of Tupelo, MS, and Alice
Anderson of Baldwyn, MS. A god mother Barbara Vihauer of Tupelo, MS, god
brother Courtney Pass (Gabriel) of Alabama and a host of aunts, uncles, relative
and close friends.
Summer was preceded in death by her loving and dear brother Charles Gordon
Bradley, grandfather, Robert W. Anderson, grandparents, Charles Littlejohn
(Virginia), her uncle, Robert Earl Anderson, Jr. and a host of relatives
