Delores was born on June, 6, 1938 in Faribault to Stanley and Regina (Chlan) Janovsky. She was a Montgomery High School graduate. Delores was united in marriage to Melvin Balfe on November 1957 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. She worked in insurance for herself and then Waterville Insurance Agency. She enjoyed card playing, visiting casinos, spending time with family, and when she remarried, to Earl Kleist, they enjoyed traveling together.
Delores is survived by her children, Ken (Jolene) Balfe of Kilkenny, and his son, Aaron Balfe and his daughters, Kendyl and Kylee, and Jim (Barb) Balfe of Kilkenny and their children, Amber Balfe and Brooke Balfe; brother, Donald (Kathi) Janovsky of Lonsdale; and many nieces and nephews.
Delores is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Melvin Balfe; 2nd husband, Earl Kleist; parents; sister-in-law, Mary Kay Burgess; nephews, Rick Burgess and Bill Howlett.
