ASHLAND, Ky. — Janice L. Parks, 71, of Rush, Ky. passed away, June 5, 2020, at Kings Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
"Jan" was born Aug. 30, 1948, in East Liverpool, Ohio, to the late: James and Matilda (Roth) Blazer; in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Dayeanna Parks; and a brother, Tadd Blazer.
Surviving her is her beloved husband, Randy Parks. Four children: Kelly Ann Clark, Timothy (Crese) Parks, Donnie (Vickie) Purinton, Erika (Erik) Kelly. Seven grandchildren: Shelby, Rebekah, Cassandra, Tylor, Shaleigh, Madison, and Samuel; five great-grandchildren: Owen, Audrey, Kylee, Jaxson, and Ethan, and her brother, Dave Blazer.
