Jessie Raymond Long passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Shady Care Center in Pryor, Oklahoma at the age of 62. He was born September 9, 1958 to Lucy Long in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
He was raised in the Holdenville area and graduated from Holdenville High School. Jessie worked in the oilfield for Ackerman Drilling. He was a member of the Middle Creek #2 Baptist Church. He loved sports, watching his grandkids playing ball, and visiting with friends at the smoke shop.
Jessie is preceded in death by his mother Lucy Long. He is survived by his son Jesse Long Jr. and wife Robin of Ada, OK, daughters; Lori Long of the home, Sara Callahan and husband JR of Wewoka, grandchildren; Rosario, Cruz, Maria, Leonah, Raymond, Jessica, Heaven, Gauge, one great grandchild Layton.
Funeral service will be 2:00PM Tuesday September 22, 2020 at Middle Creek #2 Baptist Church with Rev. George Harjoche officiating assisted by Rev. Frank Moppin. Interment will follow at Long Cemetery.
