Daughter of William and Margaret Maunder Blair. She was a 1960 graduate of Harbor Creek High School in Erie, PA. She worked as a sales representative for J.C. Penney Insurance. She was a longtime resident of Westerville, OH, and a member of Central College Presbyterian Church, serving for many years as a Sunday School teacher. She was a seasoned Girl Scout leader, Jaycee Wives Club chair, and active TWIG member. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, James E Novak. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert C Cartwright, whom she married November 10, 1962 at Hope Lutheran Church in Harborcreek, PA; daughter, Holly A Novak of Plain City, granddaughter, Elizabeth A Novak of Cincinnati, and grandson, Matthew J Novak of Plain City; daughter, Misty (Larry “Ed”) Hibbitts, and granddaughter, Emma L Hibbitts - all of Hebron, KY; sisters, Marlene (Tom) Mancik, and Marilyn (John) Hipps; and brother, Bill (Kim) Blair.
