Patricia Ann Isaacs Adkins, age 54, passed away Thursday September 17, 2020 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington Ky. Mrs. Isaacs was born January 23, 1966 in Jackson County, KY to the late Fannie Isaacs. Mrs. Isaacs loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and sitting on her front porch with a cup of coffee or a cold Mt. Dew. Mrs. Isaacs was of the Baptist faith.
Other than her mother, Mrs. Isaacs was preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Isaacs.
Mrs. Isaacs is survived by her children, Jonathan Isaacs (Mikayla Needham) of Frankfort, KY, Michael Adkins (Shiann Jones) of Lexington, KY, Dalton Adkins of Berea, KY, Savannah Adkins (Ethan Richmond) of Berea, KY, one brother, Michael Isaacs of Lexington, KY, two grandchildren, Letti Adkins and Kaiden Isaacs.
Other than her mother, Mrs. Isaacs was preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Isaacs.
