Donna Grace Hawk-West died September 15, 2020, at the VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Visitation will be held Friday evening, September 18 in the Benson Memorial Chapel. A Private graveside service will be held Saturday, September 19, at the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Donna was born February 11, 1956, at Inglewood, California, and raised in El Reno. After her graduation from Fort Sill Indian School, she joined the Army and while stationed in Germany, she met her husband, William H. West Sr. During her time in the Army she was a mechanic. She was a member of the Indian Methodist Church and enjoyed reading and listening to music.

Survivors include a daughter Laura Bentley of Lawton, son William H. West Jr. of Oklahoma City, brothers, Bobby Hawk of Oklahoma City and Billy Hawk of Enid, sisters, Julia Rodriguez of Oklahoma City and Virginia Lynn Hawk and Norma J. Hawk both of Norman, Oklahoma, and two grandchildren, Soumaya Grace West and Henry Lewis Bentley.

Family preceding her in death include her parents, James Sr. and Edna (Starr) Hawk, brothers, John Hawk and James Hawk Jr., and sisters, Christine "Tina" Hawk, May Hawk-Wilson and Denise Hawk-Walker.
