She was born on February 17, 1947 to the late Fred Hall. She was preceded in death by her sister, Freda Hulett.
She is survived by her sons Timothy Newberry, Freddie Newberry, and James Dempsey; daughters, Betty Collins, and Theresa Hedrick; sister, Barbra Griffen; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; ex husband Ray Newberry; a host of other relatives also survive.
