After a courageous battle with a long term illness Jason Lee Morrison, 38, of Beaumont, Texas went to his heavenly home on December 9, 2016 at 12:36 pm at Baylor St. Lukes of Houston, Texas. His devotion to his loved ones and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggles and ultimately gave him peace. Jason was the type of person that always thought of others before himself. It was evident to anyone who knew him, met or heard of him. Never was he ever ungrateful or unappreciative, never did he once complain or let pain defeat him, he refused to give up. Not only did he love with all he had to offer but he was loved more than anything in this world, especially by his partner and best friend of 9 years, Jennie. Not only was the love that had for each other unconditionally but so was the love he had for their 3 dogs, who were more of kids to him than anything else. Jason is survived by his wife, Jennie Lynn Morrison; dogs Patches and Sammy Morrison; Mother and Stepfather, Martha and Richard Fregia; Father Gary Morrison; Grandfather, Bill Jones; Brother and Sister in law Duane and Glenna Morrison; Sister and Brother in law, Jenny and Doug Bradshaw; Nephew, Elijah Morrison; Nieces, Macie Morrison and Katy Bradshaw; including several stepbrothers, stepsisters, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Jason is preceded in death by his dog Lucas Morrison; grandfather Thomas Tolbirt; grandmother Anne Solansky Tolbirt; grandparents George Morrison and Irene Jones. Funeral services are scheduled on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 2:30 pm St. James Catholic Church. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
