Mrs. Sherry Rae Robertson, 28 of Stone Bluff, Okla., and her 7 year old son, Curt Wayne Page, were killed in a car accident Saturday night [December 30, 1978] two miles north of Coweta, [Oklahoma]. Both are former Sapulpans.
Mrs. Robertson's husband, David Joe Robertson of Stone Bluff, was injured in the accident and taken to Franklin Hospital in Broken Arrow, and another son, Hance [Lance] Eugene Robertson, was injured and taken to a Tulsa hospital.
Mrs. Robertson was born in Sapulpa Nov. 15, 1950. In addition to her husband and other son, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Vernon Hill of 626 S. Cedar, Sapulpa; a brother, Milton Melot of Sapulpa; and sister, Mrs. Joetta Miller of Sapulpa.
Curt Wayne Page is survived by his father, Curtis D. Page of Tulsa; his stepfather; the brother; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hill of Sapulpa and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Page of Jet, Okla.
Double funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Thursday in the Full Gospel Baptist Church, 417 E. Thompson, Sapulpa with the Rev. Paul Mellenberger and the Rev. Richard Madden officiating.
Interment will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens [Sapulpa, Oklahoma] under the direction of Owen Funeral Home. The family will headquarter at the Vernon Hill residence, 626 S. Cedar, [Sapulpa].
