Linda Gay was the daughter of Jim Tom Fox and Pauline May. She was married to who Julian Shanks Odom, son of Ernest Lee Odom and Lillian Claire Jenkins, who preceded in death in 2003. She had four children, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Odom, and Jamie Odom; a daughter, Judy Odom Temple, all of Florence Mississippi and a brother, Harvey E. Fox of Decatur, Alabama.
She was a retired bookkeeper for Mississippi Courier Service and a member of Highland Baptist Church.
