Billy Frank Cathey,68,of Crossett died Friday at St.Vincent's Hospital at Little Rock.He was born Dec.1,1938,at Banks,a son of the late Virgil Dennis and Robbie Lee Douglas Cathey.He was retired Georgia Pacific building products salesman and forestry accountant,a member of Magnolia Baptist Church and a former National Guardsman.Survivors include his wife,Rachel Weaver Cathey whom he married June 28th,1963 at Warren;two sons,Mark Cathey of Pine Bluff and Mickey Cathey of Warren;one brother,Marty Cathey of Camden;two sisters,Patricia A. Hollis of Calhoun,La.,and Glenna Fawbush of West Monroe,La.;and two grandchildren.Funeral services were held Monday September 10th,2007,at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren.Burial is in Williams Cemetery.Visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday,September 9th,2007 at the Funeral Home.
