Judy Kelly defines the role of a caring mother and grandmother. She was a member of Jackson Park Baptist Church until she was unable to attend which led her to fall in love with her favorite Sunday television preachers. She was known to having one of the kindest hearts around and never failed to lend a hand when needed. Her son Tim was the light of her life and she jumped at every opportunity to watch him play the drums. She enjoyed spending time with him and her grandchildren as they brought her all the happiness in the world. Judy loved butterflies and listening to classic piano music and her favorite gospel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Don Edward Wentz and Cecil Craig Wentz.
Ms. Kelly is survived by son, Tim Barringer and wife Annette of Salisbury; a brother, Troy "Dick" Clayton Wentz, Jr.; a grandson, Heath Barringer; and granddaughter, Nicole Barringer.
