Brewer, Bobby Leroy Of Jackson Michigan passed away at the age of 82 on September 14, 2020. Bobby was born December 27, 1937 in Stateline, Mississippi to A. R. Brewer and Annie E. Dearman. LeRoy married Lounita May on September 6, 1969. LeRoy worked as a pipeline operator for many years until he retired in 2000. He enjoyed dancing with the boot scooters, spending time with his family, specifically his great grandchildren and attending his UAW meetings. He is survived by his significant other Elaine Weed; children Dan (Susan) Thomasson, George McCleery, and Doug McCleery; grandchildren Ron (Lexi) Thomasson, Tonya (Hunter) Lantis, Misty (Tim) Moore, George McCleery J.R, Kessie (Kim) McCleery, and Michael McCleery; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Lounita, and daughter-in-law JoAnne McCleery. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Roseland Memorial Gardens with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Interfaith Shelter
