Douglas was born on December 3, 1969 in Bossier City, Louisiana to Harold and Wilma Small. He passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his residence in Haughton, Louisiana.

Douglas Small was one of a kind. When he loved he loved with everything within him. He had a passion for bull riding and would travel the country to work with and ride bulls when he was younger. He had so many stories that he could tell. Doug was also very passionate about music. He played the guitar and was a very talented singer. He was one of the funniest men you would ever meet, and if he liked you, he made sure you always had a smile on your face. He was generous and had a huge heart. He was always willing to help others and if he had it to give, he would. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Douglas is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Wilma Small and brother, Robert Small. He is survived by brothers, Don, and wife Teressa, Alan and wife, Dorothy, Larry and wife, Brenda, and Rusty and wife, Betty. He is also survived by multiple nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
