“Steve passed away on September 15, 2020 after a long battle with cellulitis to his legs and liver infection. Born March 24, 1965 to Kenneth and Norma Hanson. Attended Granite High School. He loved building and racing his cars. Enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brother, Dave, and best friend, Mike. Worked many years as a baker and twenty-plus years as a printer. Married (divorced) and had two children, and three grandchildren. Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth; grandparents; many aunts; and uncles; cousins; and niece, Crystal Moesser.”
"Due to COVID-19, we will be having close family and friends for a private viewing at McDougal Funeral Home."
"Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Taylorsville Memorial Park Cemetery, 4575 South Redwood Road (1700 West), Taylorsville."
Obituary Published by McDougal Funeral Home.

Steve is survived by his mother, one brother, and three sisters, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins spread across the US, some in CA, TX, FL, WA, WY, NH, and of course, UT.

We are certainly thankful to have known one of the cutest, sweetest little boys you ever saw. As an adult, the courageous Steve had been in great pain for several years from his legs and knees and could hardly walk the last time I saw him. He is now relieved and at rest. I'm sure Uncle Kenneth greeted him with open arms.
(The day before the funeral, the funeral home website gave directions to Larkins, and some of the people went there first, but burial was actually at Taylorsville Memorial Park Cemetery, Taylorsville, Salt Lake County, Utah on 18 Sep 2020.)

Grandson of Roy David Hanson and Johanna Magdalena WOLF Hanson
James S. Carlston and Weltha KESLER Carlston Garner

Descendant of Mormon Pioneers:
Christian HANSEN and Sophie Caroline MILLER
