Fran is survived by her daughter Barbara (Mark) Halcomb, loving grandchildren; Amanda (Mike) Richmond, Jeffery (Sam) Brunson, Kassi (Nathan) Carter, her very very special great grandson Michael Richmond Jr., great grandchildren; Lucious, Dimitrious, Aralious Richmond, Kathleen and Evan Brunson, sisters; Betty (Dean) Matthews, Kaye (Richard) Miles, brother; Tom Madsen, 2 step grandchildren and a few great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her mother; Loraine Madsen, father: Ray Edward Cox, her son: Anthony (Tony) Cox Fonger, and her two brothers; Richard Cox and Ozzie Madsen.
There will be a viewing on September 15, 2020 at Tate Mortuary (110 S. Main Street) from 11:00 – 11:45am. Graveside service will follow at 12:00 PM at the Tooele City Cemetery (361 S. 100 East).
