Lee Andrew (Pearl) Lawson, Jr. departed this life on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the age of 74. Husband of Ida Mary Carmouche Lawson. Son of Murlean Lawson Sibley and the late Lee Andrew Lawson, Sr.; Father of Corey (Natacha) and Crystal M. Lawson. Grandfather of Taylor, Antonio, Sabriah, DeVante' and DeAnte; one Great-son, Dillion. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Nazareth Baptist Church and Miracle Faith Healing and Deliverance Temple, employees of University Hospital, East Jefferson Hospital, Shell Oil Company and Children's Hospital are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday, March 2, 2018 at D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave. at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 9 AM. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
