Lisa Marie Crouch, 16, of Springfield died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999, at St. Louis Children's Hospital. She was born July 2, 1983, in Springfield, the daughter of Steve and Patti Titone Crouch.
Miss Crouch was a junior at Ursuline Academy. She was a member of the HOPE Club, show choir, concert choir, and St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
Survivors: parents, Steve and Patti; a brother,; grandparents, Virginia Crouch and Dominic and Thelma Titone, all of Springfield; great-grandmother, Louise Crouch of Springfield.
Concelebrated Funeral Mass: St. Aloysius Catholic Church. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
