Barbara J. Davis, 69, died on September 11, 2020 Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in Hutchinson, KS. She was born October 9, 1950 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Eugene Bertrand and Elizabeth Jane (Kempf) Slama.

Barbara attended Hutchinson High School, graduating in 1969. On April 21, 1984 she married Paul Davis in Hutchinson. Barbara was a PBX operator at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and for many years owned her own business, From My Heart to Yours, where she was a dealer for Boyd Bears, Angels and Beanie Babies. She loved to do crafts. She made jewelry, mop dolls, and angels of all kinds. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and creating different crafts for them to do together. Barbara was also a Girl Scout leader and enjoyed playing Bunco.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bruce and Dwayne Slama, sister, Susan Axtell and nephew, Curtis T. Axtell.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Paul; daughter, Michelle Schrag and husband Grady; brother, Curt Radi and wife Lisa; three grandchildren, Devin Wiens and wife Alecia, Keegan Schrag and Kellen Schrag; four great grandchildren, Jayden, Maysen, Braedyn and Jasey Rae Wiens; three nieces, Angie Meuten and husband Brandon, Krystal Watkins and husband Justin and Kenzie Thomason; three nephews, Tyler Radi and wife Amanda, Keaton Radi and wife Tammi and Reid Thomason and wife Tiffany.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 18, 2020 at Hutchinson Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Hutchinson, KS, with Pastor Charles Crumble Sr. officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. with family greeting guests from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, KS. Memorials may be given to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and sent in care of Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave., Hutchinson, KS 67502.
