Born in Jacksonville, FL, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Hanora “Pat” (Ryan) Fink.
Dale served in the US Navy for 20 years, retiring as Lt. Commander.
She was a graduate of the Germantown School of Nursing and received a BSN from Mary Mount College. Dale transitioned from the Navy to long term nursing facilities as an Administrator before retiring. She was very proud of her Irish Heritage and enjoyed baking, decorating, shopping and was a huge Dallas Cowboys and Notre Dame football fan.
She is survived by her siblings, JoAnn Jackson and her husband Mike of Danville, KY, Janis Reid of Lake Mary, FL and Gerald “Jerry” Fink and his wife Maureen of Maitland, FL.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Coventry. Internment with Military Honors in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery was private for the family.
