A graveside service for Mr. Thomas Milton Holmes of Kilmichael will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15 in Friendship Cemetery in Kilmichael. Dr. David Sartin will officiate the service.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Cassidy, Timmy Amason, Winston Yeatman, Luke Vaughn, Taylor Sultan, and Jimmy Eldreidge. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Haley, Johnny Fondren, Sidney Henderson, Oakley Tharp, and James Henderson.

Thomas Milton Holmes, 90, passed away at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 12, 2020. He was born to Robert Love and Olive Henderson Holmes on September 10, 1930 in French Camp. He was a farmer in Arkansas from 1957 until 1979, when he began driving a truck for Walmart. In his later years he also drove a cattle truck for Burt's Cattle Ranch near French Camp. He was a member of Kilmichael Baptist Church.

Mr. Holmes is survived by his son, Allen Holmes (Sherra) of Grenada; and three grandchildren, Savanna Holmes, Lexi Sultan (Taylor), and Luke Vaughn (Jacquelyn). He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ruth Vail Holmes; and brother, James Robert Holmes.
