Margaret E. Englund, 75, 1615 N. Third St., died Monday, Aug. 29, 1994, in United Hospital.

Margaret Armes was born June 3, 1919, in Larimore, N.D., the daughter of Richard and Rose (Kolars) Armes. She graduated from Larimore High School and attended beauty college. She worked in beauty shops in Larimore, including Tufte Manor Beauty Shop. She married George Englund July 7, 1940, in Larimore, and they moved in 1944 to Grand Forks. He died July 3, 1985.

She is survived by a son, Jerry, East Grand Forks; daughters, Susan (Mrs. Chester) Argall and Margo (Mrs. Steve) Weisser, both of Grand Forks; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Newark, Grand Forks.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a great-grandson; brothers, Roy and Earl; and sisters, Stella, Marsha and Faye.

Services: 3 p.m. Thursday in Wesley United Methodist Church.

Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. today, with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service, in Amundson Funeral Home, and one hour before services in the church.

Burial: Bellevue Cemetery, Larimore.
