On June 9, 1956 in Holcomb, Missouri, Dorothy was united in marriage to Edward Patterson, who preceded her in death on January 3, 1990.
Ms. Patterson died Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 80 years, 7 months and 27 days.
She is survived by 2 daughters Evelyn Rene Estes and husband David and Tammy Bible both of Kennett, Missouri; 1 son Eddie Patterson and wife Penny of Kennett; 4 grandsons Nathan Fisher, Dylan Estes, Trenton Patterson and wife Candace and Daniel Patterson all of Kennett; 6 granddaughters Nancy Fisher-Smith and Amber Tarry both of Kennett, Brandy Vardell and husband Don and Jessica Kelsey and husband Tony both of Paragould, Arkansas, Nikki Brock and husband Jared of Murphysboro, Tennessee and Lana Franks of Wardell, Missouri; 2 sisters Marie Goss of Holcomb and Alma Mae Wilfong and husband Dude of Campbell, Missouri; 21 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers Jerry Wheeling, Buddy Wheeling and Bobby Wheeling; 1 sister Valma Woodall.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 14, 2020 at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri with Funeral Services following at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Patsy Weaver officiating. Burial will be at Lulu Cemetery in Senath, Missouri.
